I've got 2 questions :
I'm curious to know about those, as I occasionally do some game development myself. |

I've got 2 questions :
1)Our programmers are using the C++ language 2) For animation/modeling uses the 3dsmax mainly and also Maya, but there are many prog-exporters to do easy life for devs. -------------------- |

What games can we expect from Deep Shadows in future? Have you ever considered arena warfare games such as the Battlefield series (without online restrictions, of course) that is different from the rest, like the 1984 Afghanistan conflict or, the South African Border War - the first war against terrorism.

Arena warfare games should definitely be on DS's list, given their inhouse engine's strengths. |

Nobody knows yet... Maybe it will be thematic World War II game or just arcadian fighting, who knows? All devs are concentrated on current projects, and , beleave me, they want to finish them as soon as it possible. -------------------- |

Oh, yeah! I remember previous conversation about western from DS. Actually, I think next DS teleases will be on Precursors and WG theme. I mean next 2 episodes of Precursors and even maybe with WG connected projects. -------------------- |

Yeah, I got another quick question for DS.
When it comes to games, WG and Precursors in this case, who is the tougher crowd, the ``Russians'' or the ``Westerners''? Who do you think is harder to please? What does everybody else think? |

Definitely the Westerners.
Pompus, demanding and ungrateful gamers that we are... Seriously, my impression from years of reading comments and questions from people all over the world in the gaming communities (limited to the fact that I cannot read outside of English and some French) - I find Westerners to be much less acceptable of change and are more apt to be outraged than their counterparts in the Eastern areas. Westerners, I believe, are much harder to please. |

definately the westerners. considering that games like BP and STALKER were praised in Russia and the UK but shunned in the US.
We, as Peetz said, are pompus and ungrateful as gamers. anything that doesnt look visually appealing or doesnt have multiplayer "SUCKS!!" I on the other hand prefer independent games to the mainstream -------------------- |

Could there really be an influence for the public in future projects? If so, I would take time to build out a few suggestions, not forgetting Deep Shadows limitations, of course.

There is a pattern developing recently of new members making off topic posts.
I have stated elsewhere, and it is in the forum rules, that posts must be relevant to the topic. Off topic and irrelevant posts will be deleted and posters are free to PM me for clarification if needed. Val. |

These may very well be bots, Val - not even live people. There are some incredibly good bot/spam software packages that can phrase questions that ALMOST seem plausible...
